Born and raised in Istanbul Turkey, Yildiz came to New York in 1999 to continue to study and teach dance.  Since then she has studied to yoga both locally and in India and has been teaching private yoga for the past 3 years.

She is a level 2 reiki practitioner with 6 years of experience and often incorporates he reiki into her sessions. Yildiz has been teaching Gyrotonic for 5 years and brings her many layers of experience to her teaching.  Her intuitive nature and healing hands make any session with her a full body and mind experience.
